Chateau de Fauzan 2012 Minervois 750ml

70% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Carignan. The color is a pretty garnet red of medium intensity. The nose is expressive and mineral, mixing notes of fresh red fruits (blackberry, raspberry…) with subtle savoury notes. The palate is round, fresh, airy with present but rather soft tannins, without aggressiveness. Its finish, owith red fruits and spices (liquorice) and its freshness, make this wine a fine Minervois, digestible and easy to pair.
