A family run winery founded in 1983, now in its third generation, located near Santiago de Campostela. The specially selected Sin Palabras, castro valdés was first produced in 2008 and uses 50-year old vines.
A complex, elegant wine with apricot and peach aromas and herby undertones. Perfectly balanced acidity and a lovely long finish.
