Langrein is one of Alto Adiges top red indigenous varieties. This lovely wine is fermented in concrete and stainless steel and is then aged for six months in a mixture of concrete and oak. Noticeably deep ruby in colour, I love the vibrant dark blackberry, cherry and subtle notes of violet. Pair this with game and cheeses.
