What’s in Calissano Vermouth Bianco?
Base wine (at least 75% of the product):Pure Gavi DOCG; a selection of twelve different kinds of herbs (above all artemisia) and spices, with some herbs grown and picked in Piedmont; alcohol; sugar; water.ABV: 18% vol.
Sensory profile: intense straw yellow, revealing a good, sweet and persistent citrus note combined with a spicy complexity that comes mainly from elecampane, turmeric, zedoary, and cardamom.Complex, pleasantly sweet and with a long, lingering palate that comes above all from the good alcohol and structure of the Gavi base wine.
How to drink it:
Excellent both as an aperitif, neat or on the rocks with orange zest, or as an ingredient in classic international cocktails. Great at the end of a meal and, last but not least, an excellent meditation wine.

By law, we cannot ship outside of the province and packages delivered by Canada Post cannot be left on the doorstep.
