The 2017 Langhe Nebbiolo Fralù is a very pretty wine to drink now and over the next few years. Sweet tobacco, cinnamon, dried cherry, star anise, rose petal, cedar and a kiss of new French oak give the 2017 its sleek, racy personality. The aromatics here are incredibly alluring. This is exactly what Langhe Nebbiolo should be: a delicious wine for near- and medium-term drinking. The 2017 is mostly a blend of young vines fruit from Rabajà and the lower parts of Currà. Drink: 2020-2027
