Brocard 2020 Chablis "Valmur" Grand Cru 750ml

The 2020 Chablis Valmur Grand Cru has a well-defined bouquet with lifted yellow plum and lemon verbena scents, nicely defined and gaining intensity with aeration. The palate is well-balanced with a fine threat of acidity, that undercurrent of bitter lemon lending tension and salinity towards the finish. This is a fine Valmur that should age well in bottle. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
