"Here we are. It is the desired level "; It is what it means in dialect Ai Suma. It is a wine that is produced only in particularly good years and that is a sort of "apex" of the company.

Ruby red color with garnet. Ample, rich and complex, with many hints of berries and background notes of vanilla, licorice and cocoa. Full, powerful, full bodied yet elegant, sensual, harmonious and very persistent. Accompanies meat dishes, roasts, also with sauces, mature cheeses.
