ELABORATION: Destemming and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: Color pale rose colour. White fruit, peach and apple aroma. Fresh in the mouth, cherry. a good acidity and surprisingly long aftertaste.
