Carrau imported petit manseng material from France in the mid-2000s with the idea of finding a white partner for tannat, which also comes from the Madiran area of France. 100% fermented in barrels, and with a very strong accent on maturity (it has 14.5º of alcohol and just over two grams of sugar), it offers aromas and flavors of candied fruits in a big and friendly white for sea bass curry.
