Saint Bris is located in the Auxerre region (15 km from Chablis) and the wine comes exclusively from the Sauvignon grape variety, which makes this appellation an exception in Burgundy.
Aromas of citrus and lemon, sometimes a note of fresh grass; the palate is balanced and structured. It is preferable to taste it in its youth in order to preserve all its freshness.
Serve around 11°C with a Lorraine or salmon quiche.
