Arboleda 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

The Cabernet Sauvignon is bottled a little later than the rest of the wines, so the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon was still unbottled. The vines were planted in 1999 some 40 kilometers away from the ocean, in a warmer part of the valley compared with the Aconcagua Costa appellation. The grapes were picked with good ripeness and acidity and then fermented in stainless steel, and the wine matured for 14 months in French oak barrels, 30% of them new. It's quite varietal and fruit-driven, with textbook Cabernet tannins and a serious and balanced mouthfeel.
