This wine is produced from Corvina grapes from the region of Veneto. The vines are between 5 and 45 years old. Grapes are harvested manually between the end of Sept and early Oct. After that, a portion of the grapes are dried in order to provide a certain roundness to the wine. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in oak and then 6 months in the bottle.
Ruby in colour, this wine displays delicate aromas of red fruits and spices. The palate is characterized as round and balanced. Pair with red meat, pasta, and cheeses.
