"Pretty in pink, this cheeky Rosé is made from Shiraz fruit. Of the Organic new releases received, this would be my top pick. Watermelon juice in appearance, it’s an easy drop to savour. Not overly complex, there’s a curious faint whiff of apricot before mandarin peel and red berry fruits swoop. Soft with fine pepper spice, a little texture makes a play for your interest levels late adding some tension across the palate. Red apple acid crunch for the win."
