Picked early morning, pressed then fermented in stainless steel. Creeps up on you, the bouquet pleasingly varietal and fresh, but without any high points, perhaps reflecting the high-yielding year with water, water everywhere. But there is a change for the better on the palate, maturation on lees adding flavour and texture.
