The nose feels ethereal yet textured, as a raw almond blade cuts through aromas of dried pear, white peach and sweet pink grapefruit. The palate brings more citrus and stone fruit, but not without sophisticated bitterness, to create a wine that is both energetic and substantial. It's a screaming value and an ideal introduction to Pecorino.
