I first recommended this wine during Diwali but this should be your go-to wine year round when looking for the perfect match for south Asian cuisine. This may be the best Riesling produced in B.C. I love the crisp, fresh flavour and the acidity that combines to compliment every spicy dish I’ve enjoyed with a glass of Tantalus. This is a superb wine!

"A wonderful pale yellow-green in colour with fresh aromas of lime leaf, lemon zest and mango. The palate is electric, bursting with ripe tangerine and orchard pear, complemented by a wonderful stoney mineral texture. At the core, is an intense citrus character underpinned by spicy top notes of ginger and cardamom.
