Summerhill 2012 Syrah 750ml

This wine is a blend of 95% Syrah and 5% Merlot and this wine was aged 48 months in neutral oak barrels to produce a more fruit expressive wine. Pairs exceptionally well with anything from the grill including steak frites, blue-cheese burger. Definitely pair with quail and roasted vegetables Notes of blueberry, blackberry, redcurrant, mocha, white pepper, and cedar. --Winemaker
