This is the latest organic and biodynamic Spanish white made from 100% Xarello grapes. Underneath the vineyards, the soil is comprised of limestone and marine fossils which add freshness and minerality to the finished product. Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, the must was aged for a minimum of 3 months on its lees.
