GRAPES : 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 30% Viognier
VINIFICATION : Harvested in the morning to preserve the aromatic quality of the grapes. Total destemming of the grapes before direct pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 3 weeks.
TASTING NOTES : Pale yellow color, limpid. Floral nose, notes of peach and exotic fruits (mango, lychee, etc.). Fresh and ample palate, roundness, fat. Slightly spicy finish. Nice overall balance.
