Res Fortes 2018 Cotes de Roussillon White 750ml

Res Fortes Roussillon 2018 is a hand-crafted, whole bunch pressed White wine. A blend of Macabeu (60%), Grenache Blanc (20%) and Grenache Gris (20%), makes this a great easy drinking, dry wine. Highlights of white melon and pear on the palate, a round body, and racy minerality. This wine is drinking well now and is best served chilled. May be enjoyed on its own but also drinks beautifully with Moules-frites, pasta vongole, baked seafood or roast chicken dishes and grilled pork.
