Dark mahogany in colour , with coppery nuances. Aromatic, with hints of all those herbaceous infusions. Slightly sweet on the palate, and balanced bitterness making the palate very pleasant.

Enjoy it in a wide or large glass with ice and a slice of lemon or a slice of orange. Ideal appetizer to eat with olives, mussels, smoked meats, guilds or any type of preserves.
