Máquina & Tabla is a project that began in 2012 thanks to Oriol Illa and Susana Pastor. Máquina & Tabla cultivates the vines using biodynamic parameters, with utmost respect for the land and nature. After a soft pressing, they ferment with native yeasts in concrete vats, stainless steel deposits and used 225-litre French oak barrels. After the fermentation, they age for 11 months in concrete vats, 6 of which they stay in French oak barrels. Very clean on the nose. Aromas of white fruit stand out, with the flowery notes. A very unique Verdejo.
