Midnight Lab Spirits & Co. is an independent distillery based in Cortona, Tuscany, dedicated to crafting premium Italian spirits that celebrate local ingredients and traditional techniques. Founded by Elisa Bixio and Matteo Petruschi, the company blends a passion for flavour with a scientific approach to distillation. Every product is built around a core of quality and terroir, from the 100% Tuscan juniper in their gin to the sun-ripened lemons in their limoncello. With a focus on small-batch production and aromatic complexity, Midnight Lab creates bold, expressive spirits meant to be savoured and shared.

Our experts travelled to Italy to taste these gems. Now they are available for the first time in Canada and exclusively at Marquis Wine Cellars:

Midnight Gin (700ml, 42% ABV)
A craft gin made with 100% Tuscan juniper and 11 botanicals, including chinotto, lemon, elderflower, ginger, and iris root.


Midnight Limoncello (700ml, 30% ABV)
A vibrant Italian limoncello made from select lemons, offering bold citrus flavour and a higher-than-average alcohol content.


Midnight White Vermouth (750ml, 17% ABV)
A white vermouth infused with the same botanicals as the gin, delivering a velvety texture and refined aromatics, ideal for cocktails or sipping neat.
