More obvious Chablis elements in the form of mineral reduction and quinine are present on the mostly green fruit and citrus-scented nose. The mouthfeel of the middleweight flavors is also plump but punchy with better depth and persistence on the clean, moderately dry and youthfully austere finale. This is a bit firmer and should repay a few years of keeping.
