The 2019 Grenache Sawyer Lindquist Vineyard is one of the most expressive wines in this range from Bob and Louisa Lindquist. Silky tannins and lifted, floral aromatics bring out the purity of the red-toned Grenache fruit. The freshness of the flavors is just remarkable. Then again, this site in Edna Valley has a long track record of producing distinctive wines. The 2019 is beautifully done.
