Since 1791, eight successive generations of the Miquel family have made wine from their estate in the Languedoc hills. Now headed by Laurent and his team, their goal is to produce top quality wines using minimal intervention (verging on organic, as Jancis Robinson said), with a focus on sustainability.
Laurent picked these grapes at night to ensure optimal condition and freshness. On the nose, expect red berry and citrus. More of the same on the crisp palate with a soft, fruity finish. This is a perfect wine to enjoy with salads and during barbeques. Serve chilled and try pairing with BBQ chicken.
