This wine is made from Trebbiano, a white grape originally from Italy that is now the 2nd most planted white wine variety in the world. Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is the white partner to the iconic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo red grape, and generally produces wine that is simple, pleasant, with good acidity.
Expect intense bright straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and persistent, emitting fruity aromas of peach and perfumed white flower. This wine is medium in body, balanced, with a short crisp finish. Try pairing with light first courses, white meats (especially fish!), and fresh cheeses.
