From the makers of the iconic Château de Beaucastel comes our red wine pick for the summer. The grapes from this mixture of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah were picked from the vineyards located on the slopes of Mont Ventoux. Fermented in cement, the end product is fresh, fruity, and absolutely quaffable. Here's the tasting note straight from the Perrin Family: "Beautiful red color, with purple highlights. With a lot of freshness, this rich and spicy wine offers red and black fruits aromas (blackberry, black currant). The palate is beautifully balanced, crunchy, with silky tannins and a very long and aromatic finish." Serve at room temperature with any casual foods at your next spontaneous backyard gathering.
