A wonderful, fresh, aromatic Sauvignon from Isabelle and Noe Roubally, who produce very high quality wines in small quantities and with a minimal use of artificial fertilisers and pesticides. This is simply the best Sauvignon Blanc we have tasted from Touraine. A very acceptable alternative to Sancerre at a much lower price - great value.
