This rosé from Portgual is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Shiraz, and Tinta Roriz. It's perfumed, with notes of apple, strawberry, and blackcurrant. Very balanced in the mouth, with a touch of sweetness. Wonderful as aperitif and goes well with salads, soups, pasta, sushi, and all the vegetarian and spiced gastronomes such as Mexican, Indian, Chinese and Thai.
