Bacchus is a red wine blend of equal parts - Montepulciano and Sangiovese vines, carefully grown on the hills of Le Marche 300 meters above sea level. It has intense and ethereal aromatics and on the palate exhibits notes of raspberry, cherry, liquorice, savoury notes and mint on the finish. It is full bodied, dense, chewy and has a pure expression of fruit. Bacchus will pair well with ham, lighter red meat, tomato based bruschetta and mozzarella. It expresses its finest characteristics between the first and the second year of its life, although further maturation gives it a greater equilibrium and smoothness. Certified organic and vegan.
