Chateau Penin 2023 Bordeaux Clairet Rosé 750ml

One of the benchmarks of the appellation. Very consistent regardless of the vintage, this claret wins all the votes and here again, the pure fruit, the scope and the persistence are at work; with a large dominance of Merlot (90%), this rosé is built around a very fresh fruit, cherry and tangy red fruits, and a structure that is at once fleshy, delicious and delicate. A total success to favor in all seasons with cured meats, a ratatouille or grilled pork chops.
