Castellare Dinner at Vancouver Club
Marquis Wine Cellars and Olivier Brands are thrilled to invite you to an evening of fine wine, fine dining, and good company at The Vancouver Club, featuring a selection of wines from two amazing Italian wineries: Castellare di Castellina and Rocca di Frassinello.
Frederica Rossodivita, Senior Export Manager for both Brands, will guide us through a tasting of eight different Tuscan wines over a four-course meal specifically designed to complement the wines, which include a lovely Toscano Vermentino, two Chiantis, and four Tuscan IGTs before finishing off with a Vin Santo.
