This wine has made history in Italian rosé. It is obtained mainly from Bombino Nero grapes; unusual to see in Vancouver and traditionally from the rocky hills of the DOC Castel del Monte. After a soft crushing, the grapes stay in the soak for half a day before fermenting for 9-10 days. This wine is dry, light, and fruity meaning it goes perfectly with the season. The first thing you'll notice is its lovely light cherry hue with purple highlights. On the nose, this wine is rich in fruit flavours and you'll love the emphatic bouquet of cherries and strawberries. The full fruitiness and mouth-watering acidity provides ample refreshment on a hot day.
