Tarima Monastrell is a mono-varietal of Monastrell (100%) from vineyards planted on calcareous lands located 650 meters high and with an average age of 30 years. The harvest is done manually and refined for half a year in American oak barrels. The result is a young, fruity and concentrated wine due to the climatic characteristics.

Showcases a lively cherry color with garnet edging, appearing intense and clean. On the nose, floral notes take center stage, complemented by hints of ferrous, balsamic, licorice, and compote fruit as it fully opens up. The palate presents a dense and expansive flavor profile, delivering a truly captivating experience.
