"On the nose, this wine shows ripe black fruits with a touch of eucalyptus, and some subtle hints of anise. The palate offers a silky smooth texture, with black raspberry jam, espresso and a touch of spice. The acidity and tannins are medium, making this wine a good match for a wide variety of food but not so high that they're overbearing when this wine is drunk by itself. At just over ten bucks, this is a very good value."
