These grapes are picked from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys before they enter fermentation in stainless steel. whose coastal nature creates the ideal conditions for growing Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, an attractive tropical fruit bouquet with aromas of passionfruit, guava and lemongrass. More of the same on the palate, with notes of guava, a crisp acidity and typical Marlborough minerality. Goes well with asparagus, avocado, oysters, salmon, chicken, and salads.
