Aromas of candied apple, menthol and crushed stone. Penetrating white Burgundy with a high-altitude citricity and excellent mineral cut. This stony, very fresh wine finishes with a hint of phenolic dustiness and a brisk lemony quality. Only about 10% of these vines were affected by frost, noted Benjamin Leroux.
