Anthony Buchanan 2024 Chenin Blanc 750ml

I'm completely thrilled to work with Chenin and I have been trying for many years to get my hands on some of this here in the Okanagan but there's not much available. The fruit is from old vines that are certified Organic and the flavour are captivating and delicate. We had this pressed in Washington as it was safer and better for the juice to be transported in completely sealed tanks. It was direct pressed and allowed to settle overnight before being racked to a sealed tank blanketed with CO2. Once it arrived here at the winery we racked to one of our 1000 litre casks and the remainder racked to concrete for fermentation. It's beautiful and delicate as I mentioned above. The aromatics offer freshly picked apples, hay, pear and lemon/lime zest with a massive mineral undertone. I love this wine personally for so many reasons, low alcohol, high acidity and the pretty aromatics, I could smell this wine for hours and not get bored. I hope you enjoy it. Cheers, Anthony
