Yu junmai sake NAMACHOZO
This namachozo version of Yu junmai sake is stored at least for 10 days before pasteurization, and then pasteurized in a bottle once and stored in a fridge immediately after pasteurization. It is stored cold to keep extra crisp and fruity aromas and flavour.
