Raspberry Rose was created in an attempt to emulate the eclectic nature of our neighbourhood. Fermented with a wine yeast and refermented on hundreds of pounds of raspberries to create a balanced yet complex and flavourful, fun summer sipper. Enjoy flavours and aromas of ripe red fruit, lychee and a subtle dry earthiness balanced by a bubble gum sweetness and medium body. Cheers!

This is the 3rd collaboration beer the cooperative has brewed. There will be a generous donation made on behalf of the Cooperative to Diversity in Brewing. The Yeast Van Cooperative is a not-for-profit and the proceeds from this sale help to fund our organization, which promotes community, togetherness, and of course beer.
