Lilac, musky narcissus and fresh lime rise alluringly from the rim of the glass, with a second whiff bringing Grüner Veltliner-typical fresh green bean and snap pea as well as suggestions of vintage-typical ripe honeydew melon. A glossy, subtly oily midpalate delivers correspondingly ripe fruit and heady inner-mouth florality, tempered by crunchy green vegetable notes. The finish is unexpectedly vibrant and invigoratingly peppery as well as infectiously juicy and mouthwateringly saline.
