On the nose, aromas of cherry and black plum dominate. More of the same on the fruity palate, with soft tannins, a decent length. Made from 60% Aragonez, 10% Alfrocheiro, 10% Alicante Bouschet, 10% Syrah, and 10% Trincadeira grapes. After complete destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation and maceration were carried out in stainless steel vats. Food-friendly and accompanies smoky meat, poultry, pasta, and cheese.
