Ah, Riojan Tempranillo. The 2016 vintage produced the most abundant harvest since 2005 and is officially rated "Very Good." The Zaco Tempranillo exhibits aromas of dark fruit, licorice, and hints of vanilla and violets. More of the same on the full-bodied palate. Good structure and rounded tannins throughout. Try pairing with pasta, young cheese, chicken, and grilled meat or veggies.
