This winery owned by Cabert is located in Trevenezie IGT, which was originally part of IGT delle Venezie before Delle Venezie became its own DOC in 2017. It covers all of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto, plus the province of Trentino within Trentino-Alto Adige. The wine is a dry, versatile blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot that is very food friendly. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, flavours of red and dark fruit, balanced acidity, and a medium finish. A great pizza or pasta wine.
