Vecchio Florio Dolce 2015 Marsala DOC 750ml

The true superior marsala, the most famous one in the world, is produced in the centuries-old Florio cellars from Grillo and Catarratto grapes. Aged for 30 months in old oak barrels, more than that required for compliance with the controlled designation of origin requirements, to create an inimitable and extremely versatile wine. Serve at 8° – 10° C as an aperitif. As a dessert or meditation wine, serve at 14° – 16° C. As an aperitif it goes well with medium-aged cheeses and toasted almonds. It is also a traditional dessert wine, excellent with desserts and dried fruit. --Winemaker
