Varietals: 38% Sauvignon Blanc, 37% Muscat, 18% Chardonnay, 7% Viognier
Origin: Malhi Farms, Golden Mile Bench & Vantage Point Vineyard Kaleden, Okanagan Valley
The Sauvignon Blanc and the Muscat were blended immediately after malolactic fermentation (in barrel) where they aged together for 8 months. The Chardonnay was aged alone in a 4 year old french oak barrel for 8 months where it underwent full malolactic. The Viognier was fermented on its skins for 24 days then basket pressed into neutral oak to age for 8 months. They were all blended into stainless steel for an additional month before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
