Umani Ronchi 2016 Verdicchio Dei Castelli di Jesi 750ml

One of the fantastic things about Verdicchio is that it is available and excellent even at $20!  Umani Ronchi is well known for producing a lot of wines of excellent quality and price points.  Driven by a strong sense of ethics and respects the environment, sustainability drives even the choice of bottles used.  Their bottles are a light glass aimed to lower impact of CO2 emissions.  The closures used are 100% recyclable, and energy is supplied by a photovoltaic array. Although more of a simple example compared with the other two wines in this feature, it is still delicious and fresh.  This is the type of wine that will please a wide range of palates.  It is fresh and fruity and will pair with a lot of dishes.  Soups, salads, and light seafood dishes are just a few of the possibilities.
