A bright, crisp expression of two of the Okanagan’s best white varietals, 7 Blanc is blended from 100% Naramata Bench grapes. Grown at our home estate and adjacent property, the Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris show wonderful floral and citrus notes in the nose followed by stone fruit, apples and a hint of minerality. Fruit forward and a touch of sweetness make this ideal for sipping on its own or accompanying slightly exotic foods like Thai or other spicy Asian dishes. --Winemaker
