Thibault Liger-Belair 2018 Bourgogne Rouge "Les Grands Chaillots" 750ml

The 2015 Bourgogne Rouge Les Grands Chaillots has quite a high-toned bouquet with red cherries and hints of iodine. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, cohesive and focused with attractive red cherries mixed with cranberry and white pepper towards the finish. I like the build here, more Village Cru level than Bourgogne Rouge. Tasted at Flint Wines' Value Burgundy tasting. Drink: 2018-2023
